The location is absolutely perfect — it's literally right in front of the train station entrance. The price was also very reasonable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a garden too!

The hosts were amazing and the room was equipped with everything you’d need for more than 2 days stay even. It was very clean and not very far from the local tube station and only 30 mins from London central it’s ideal.

I'm a regular customer to this hotel and it's always like home. The hotel, the location, the staff it's fantastic. Garima is the best receptionist ever. Rishwan made me feel like at home. It's awesome to have this type of welcome that gives you home vibes. The room was on point, no noise from the streets or from the trains, perfect cleaning and delicious breakfast. For me it's a 5 star hotel. Actually it's the staff that make this hotel a 5 star hotel. To everyone that wants to visit London, I suggest this fantastic hotel. 15 min to London bridge.

The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.
