Everything was perfect! Beginning with the lovely hosts, Ben and Katie, who were really flexible when it comes to the check-in, through the lovely neighbourhood, ending with the charming design of the flat. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, the whole apartment has a lot of light and space, and the bed is very comfy! What is more, the area is really safe, friendly and lively, with a lot of shops and restaurants, and within a walking distance from the Hampstead Heath. It's also near the overground, Thames Link, and the tube stations, which makes it very comfortable when you want to visit the city. I cannot recommend this place more!

This is an exceptional apartment, with really lovely staff. We arrived late on a Friday night and the restaurant manager kept a table for us. The food and service at Oak and Poppy was excellent! We stayed 5 nights in London, and ended up eating at the restaurant twice! The apartment itself was beautifully designed and decorated. Lovely big windows and high ceilings. Beautiful furnishings, artwork and bed was very comfortable The hosts prepared the sofa bed, and left a bottle of wine and chocolate in the fridge upon arrival. Great hospitality! This is a really special place. Will definitely stay there next we are in London

The accommodation was very well organized. The woman from the cleaning service was extremely nice and kind. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless, which made the stay very comfortable. It’s located about 45 minutes from the city center by metro, but the commute was manageable. However, there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you’re carrying large luggage. Overall, a great experience!

Great neigbourghood (for sure safe as there was bike just randomly locked to a street sign - in different parts of London not remotely possible). Great hotel. We did not have UK adapters so they borrowed us 2 of them (in our room there was only one EU socket).
