Superb, lovely greeting and check-in. Great location. Room was perfect, very clean, well appointed and sleep came very easily. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast flavours were great, no cheap ingredients, just lovely. All the staff were helpful, polite and welcoming.

Location, location, location. The apartment is located in the building above Baker Street Tube station with bus stops directly outside. Traveling from the apartment to any of the London 'Sights' was very easy (Tower Bridge, Leicester Square, Victoria Theatres....) by tube, bus or walking. Marylebone is a lively area full of pubs, restaurants, take outs. The Concierge and the Host were very helpful and made the effort to solve any small problems we had. Extra chairs we asked for arrived without hassle. We were 8 guests,

It was a comfortable and very lovely flat. Well sized bedrooms and bathroom. Good location. Near Regents Park and 2 tube stations. Heating and shower were great. Kitchen was well equipped and in working order. Beds were comfortable :) Communication was quick and fast. Easy and kind owners.
