The property is great but the room was quite small, but i think its expected out of central London area. The room was cosy and clean and had all necessities and more. The staff more than made up for any tiny bit of inconvenience that you may face in terms of room size. They were the sweetest and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Very polite and charming. Great location-Right behind the Buckingham Palace and very near to the Victoria station

Everything in the stay exceeded our expectations. It was our first time in London and we couldn't have chosen a better location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, attractions, and subway stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was impeccable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for vibrant a neighborhood and exploring the city by foot.

The hotel has been renovated and we found the rooms to be incredibly functional and comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. The staff was amazing, they gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the property. Everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely come back.
