Everything in the stay exceeded our expectations. It was our first time in London and we couldn't have chosen a better location, close to lots of shops, restaurants, attractions, and subway stations. The attention to detail was extraordinary. I was traveling with my daughter and they had everything set up for her. Small bathrobe, small umbrella, small slippers and even a special cup for her tooth brush. The decor at the hotel is very nice and all high quality. Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Restaurant tips, Roald Dahl books for my daughter, everyone was friendly and kind.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. It was quality over quantity. The various bread was excellent in a country that is perhaps more known for its white, pre-cut toast bread. The home-made jam was wonderful. I can’t find sufficient adjectives to describe how delightful and beyond over-the-top I found everything.

Perfect location, amazingly clean and modern. Sound proofed windows! Staff met us at the property within 30 mins of booking after having a failed scam booking at another property. Comfiest bed I've ever had too.
