The hotel is exceptional down to the last detail. When I arrived to check in, there was a queue. Immediately, a hotel employee invited me to wait in the bar and offered me a hot chocolate. When it was my time, they came to call me. The hotel has a high level of experience in every detail. The concierge made amazing recommendations for restaurants and transport. The room is very spacious, with modern furniture, everything looks new. The bed and pillows are perfect, really soft. It's very close to the tube station and London's tourist attractions.
