I loved that staff from reception and the Podium restaurant and the door staff were very warm and welcoming, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was beautiful and had everything you needed like a selection of teas, coffees, waters, large tv, both a shower and bath as well as iron, hairdryer, a safe, bathrobes, and slippers. All the little touches just made it extra special.The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well.The views were amazing especially in the evening. I was really pleased with the offer of an upgrade which meant we were higher up on the 19th floor, fantastic for taking pictures of the manchester skyline. The 3 course meal we had was superb and breakfast at the Podium was delicious with such a variety to choose from. We went quite early as we had to go to work, so it was very quiet and relaxing, staff there were very attentive and accomodating. I loved that guests were also given a discount on the car park just a few minutes walk away, which made it very convenient and made for easy access to the hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. I would definitily recommend and would like to stay longer next time.

Charming room. Everything was well-designed and functional. The room’s deign was minimalist, but it had character. On the other hand, the lobby’s maximalist design was not too crowded. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Loved absolutely everything about this place, it’s so perfect and it’s such a gem specially for a family trip the kids were so happy and comfortable with the spacious areas also what a great idea for the bidding to upgrade! Im glad i did it and it wasn’t great value for money. The location is very strategic everything is around you with a walking distance. Highly recommended.

Loved this funky, trendy historic refurbished property … so much character in this comfy suite, ‘ticked all the boxes’ for our three night stay. Reception staff Lucy was so welcoming & hospitable. Well equipped kitchenette/top line appliances etc (no oven just microwave). Powerful shower, comfy beds, etc. Great location for proximity to Coach/train stations & central areas, etc

Apart from being a stone’s throw away from Old Trafford, this hotel really had everything. Facilities and service were second to none. Really impressive in fact.
