The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Stayed for 4 nights, everything was wonderful. Check-in was super fast & efficient, and the staff helped us to arrange a connecting room. Breakfast was really good, had a wide variety of good food. Only tiny thing was the pool, the water was too cold to swim. Otherwise, it was a great hotel, we will definitely come back

Very very bug breakfast buffet. Lovely room with view on the harbour. If it hadn't been cloudy and rainy would have seen the light show at 8pm from the bed. Clean room, very nice and it made us feel at home right away.

It is almost new, absolutely clean, the night shift at the reception was super kind, and its just a few minutes to the tram which takes you everywhere!

This is one of the best hotels. It is beautiful and have nice facilities. The room is spacious, city view is good from the 23rd floor. They offer several things in your room. I didn't try the restaurant but I am sure it is also outstanding like the overall hotel experience. Friendly staff, good operational management. When you are out of the hotel there are several bars to hang on. I especially liked Amazonia Bar where you can enjoy old school rock. I will definitely prefer Gloucester Luk Kwon when I came back. I have added the view from 23rd floor windows. There are no nearby buildings. The room photos are already presented in the Hotel page.

The Harbourview offers well-appointed and smoke-free rooms a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Station. It is only a 2-minute walk from Hong Kong Convention Centre.

Good reception workers. Wonderful view from big windows to ocean and for skytowers. Room cleaner working well and our room had always clean air. Pillows and blanket was big and comfortable, feels good quality. Only the mattress was not my type, but its okay. Worth of money, i wish i could stay longer time in this unit (now stayed 4 nights).
