We really loved the staff of the hotel and restaurant who treated us like family. Mario greeted us when we arrived at the hotel, served us a wonderful breakfast, and prepared a takeaway breakfast when we departed early the following morning. Martin provided exceptional service for our dinner at Fourty-four Restaurant downstairs. David was charming when we saw him midday. The manager Damir was also great and saw us off the morning of our departure. These wonderful people made us feel so welcome and made our stay at the hotel exceptional. But that's not all! The hotel was wonderfully situated close to the centre of Old Town Dubrovnik. The room we had, "Glow", was generously sized and had the most wonderful stone walls. The modern bathroom was lovely. Wifi worked well and was plenty fast. Breakfast is included for guests from 8-10 am and there is no fixed breakfast menu. Mario prepared breakfast at our request including some of the best cappuccino in town. Forty-four Restaurant on the main floor provided an exceptional dining experience and while we tried another restaurant on our second evening, we wish we had dined at Forty-four Restaurant a second time. The hotel and restaurant were immaculately clean, testament to the care of the staff of this family run business.

Perfect location. Ensure that your driver drops you at the Pile Gate. Only a 200 m walk to the apartment (which is great as no vehicles are allowed in the Old Town). Beautifully furnished. Wonderful old building Excellent air con. Common area adds to feel of a larger place, with extra towels/iron etc on hand. We did not get to meet host but had excellent and responsive communication. The apartment is as advertised and in the heart of the old town - fortress. A walk of the fortress walls is a must. So close to everything in the old town - which was precisely the experience we wanted. Excellent instructions from host.

I can't believe that the room is so nice with AC and even a small yard. Everything is tidy and new. And you can enjoy living inside the old town! Also the host could let us keep the luggage in their place for a while. The hosts are really nice!

The room's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The room is as it appears in the photos. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and could possibly need. It's a historic building on the fourth floor, accessible by stairs. We had no trouble finding it. Perica, the host, is very helpful and helped us with everything from start to finish (places to eat, beaches, breakfast, stops, etc.). Her recommendations were also very good. I would love to stay here again. I won't look anywhere else. Thank you very much, Perica.

Fantastic location - down a beautiful side street right in the middle of Old Town. Walkable to everything! The apartment was fully equipped, had coffee and sugar, beds were comfy, water pressure was great with plenty of hot water. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Offsite parking was a real plus since parking is in short supply. But it is truly offsite - about 10 min taxi ride to Pile Gate. Best not to have a car at all. One of the best places we've stayed ever!

Perfect location near the entrance gate to the old city. Everything we possibly could need was available. As well as some extra treats and supplies . Also the owner carried our cases up and down the stairs to and from the apartment which was kind .
