Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good).
The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out.
The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous.
We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic.
The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants.
Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.

Friendly and helpful staff. We went for tours early , the hotel provides a place to keep our luggages and we collect them after our tours which is way after checkout time. Room and bathroom are clean and Cimpelas Walk is just infront of the hotel.

I arrived before Ramadhan had finished, and the hotel catered a limited breakfast choice for tourists. I think this was very acceptable. However, as soon as Ramadhan had finished the food at breakfast, it was amazing. There was so much choice for everyone.
The hotel was busy and had a great atmosphere. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our bedroom was great, lovely and clean and well maintained.
It is one of the best hotels I have stated in Bandung.
