We were welcomed by Igas at the reception and he made the check-in process a breeze. He went a step further and ensured that the restaurant remained open for dinner even after its closing time. The room was spacious and had a beautiful decor. The other spaces including the pool were clean and well maintained. The breakfast menu had multiple options to choose from and Chef was happy to cater it to our needs. A big thanks to Igas and other staff for taking good care of us. We had an incredible stay at this hotel, easily one of the best we've ever experienced. Everything exceeded our expectations!

We got a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise! Great service and polite staff. The pools are nice, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We also went to the Japanese restaurant owned by the hotel — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely come back here again, but next time with my mom. She’s going to love it here!

The property was in a great location, with the villas located down a lovely walkway. As such there was no street noise once we shut our villa gate. The privacy, private pool, spacious bedrooms, beautiful gardens and friendly staff were all a bonus.
