The hotel and service were incredible. We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

the building was doing very well in case of an earthquake. i was in 18th floor and an earthquake of 5,7 richter happened. it’s metal frame… so it’s the best in case of an earthquake

Just everything: staff, food, facilities, quality of service. I travel quite a lot but this hotel was the best I have ever stayed at. The staff goes the extra mile to give you the best experience and stay. I have no words, but this hotel reaches perfection on many levels. Highly recommend it.

Very new and modern aparthotel rooms with excellent layout and design. Kitchenettes are well equipped. Facilities like outdoor pool and gym were very pleasant and easy to use, and the hotel manager even lent us a golf putter and balls for the outdoor putting green. Easy to call online taxis, and only a short journey away from e.g. Jalan Raya Casablanca, or the British and Australian Embassies.
