We liked everything! This has been our best stay ever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is beautiful, calming and not too busy. The sauna is also a good touch. The breakfast was extraordinary with so many options. The morning we weren’t able to make it to breakfast because of our climb to Mount Bromo, the concierge had breakfast for us ready the night before for us to take away.
When we left we had the best help from the concierge to send one of our suitcases to send off to our next accommodation. Every single staff member was super friendly and always willing to help with everything.

The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. A home away from home as I pursued the Prajogo Story . https://youtube.com/@ps3theprajogostoryfindingm803 . Many wonderful staff to name them all but to me are like family. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family. My stay at Regantris Hotel was great. Clean and neat room with all amenities required. I booked the breakfast option, which was mind-blowing. There were many vegetarian options, including local Indonesian ones, lots of salad, fruits, desserts, and western-style breakfast options. The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. The entire atmosphere was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay in Surabaya. Terima kasih! When back in Surabaya, I'll opt for Regantris again.
