The staff was extremely lovely and helpful. I stayed at the hotel 23 nights and everything was impeccable from the cleaning to the restaurant and the spa and the pool. It’s quiet and relaxing and fully immersed into the nature.

We booked the pool villa for our honeymoon. The resort was amazing and luxurious with great customer service and food. The hotel was located in center of Ubud which made it very convenient for us to move about the area.

We got the room on ground floor and it was beautiful. It had all the facilities - a nice huge bathing area with bathtub, fridge, etc. The people were very warm and welcoming. They were very helpful with everything. Breakfast was served on time and was good. We are vegetarians and they served us specially curated vegetarian rice.

Everything was absolutely amazing, room, staff, pool, breakfast and the best full body massage I’ve ever had, outstanding views from every part of the hotel, fantastic location with free shuttle or private car.. can’t recommend enough, we will be definitely going back!!!

Everything was perfect. The scenery and the tranquility of this place is amazing! Villa was cleaned evey day and if you wanted, you could order breakfast to come there. The bathroom with the fish is unbelievable too! What can we say for the hosts... Amazing people, very friendly and always at your side. My wife was crying when we left after hugging and kissing them for their service! Totally recommend this place and we would go again there for sure!
