The staff at this resort were absolutely excellent, and made it a very relaxing experience for us. Shoutout Suzanne and the rest of the staff for taking extra care with my boyfriend’s nut allergy and making us feel very comfortable. The rooms were beautiful, and we felt the spa and food were good value. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a calmer, more romantic or relaxing holiday!

Amazing place with a pristine atmosphere of jungles located in a very quiet area. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation in a very spacious rooms and villas. Excellent swimming pool 30 m long attracts all guests all day long. Spa zone is well maintained and designed. Therapists offer a great variety of massage. And the main reason you should stay here is a perfect cuisine provided by the local culinary team. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are so delicious that you’ll remember them forever!

We have booked a double room and the view over the jungle is amazing, which can be enjoyed from the balcony or even shower. The staff is very kind and helped us with any request. The resort has a restaurant on site, where the guests can have lunch or dinner too. It is also possible to have yoga class or book day trips on different itineraries at the hotel directly. Lastly, the pool overlooks the jungle, being ideal for relaxation.

Absolutely amazing stay at Puri Sebali. From the very moment you check in you are welcomed very warmly by the most friendly staff. A lovely welcome drink and personal tour around your room is given. Absolutely breathtaking views over rice terraces is seen from the room. The room itself is much bigger than expected which was very appreciated. The breakfast in the morning is provided which gives you a choice of different made to order options. A turn down service along with a bed time story is provided at about 6pm which we thought was very thoughtful and kind. The rooms themselves are a work of art them selfs. From the beautiful plunge pool overlooking the rice terraces with sun beds to relax (the picture online do not do justice). A throughout Daily cleaning of the room occurs every day. Complementary afternoon tea is offered daily at 3pm which is a great way to sample some traditional Bali desserts. I do again have to highlight how genuine and friendly all the staff were, they alone would make you want to come back. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful and unique Ubud area.

The villa was comfortable, with breathtaking views of the jungle. Breakfast and room service excellent but best of all was the staff. With a special mention of Devi at the front desk who went out of our way to help us with everything that we needed. We will definitely be back!
