AYANA Resort, just remember this name for the best hotel in Bali. I have stay for a few days In a suite and few days in the villa at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful clssy interior and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing and sea food restaurant always had the best freshest fish ever!. The location of the hotel is great, they have stunning private beach and many other amenities. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Bali. This place is a paradise on earth!!! Met the owner who is very friendly and easygoing. I was offered free upgrade although I didn’t take the offer in the end (: The decorations are so gorgeous, staffs are very helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming (special thanks to mas Dika, Jey and Adik, and many more people who was so kind but I didn’t get their names). Welcome drink and cocktails made by the bar are very delicious! The breakfast was super delicious too and I hope next time they will have Indonesian breakfast option when I go back and stay there again (: The bed and pillows are super comfortable too.

We had an truly exceptional stay at this hotel. Every aspect exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful pools to the outstanding service and wonderful food. Our room was remarkably spacious and kept incredibly clean. There was a bit of noise from a wedding held on-site one evening, but it was a minor blip and certainly didn't detract from our otherwise perfect visit. We can't wait to return!

The location is very quiet, clean and beautiful. Rooms and yard cleaned daily, the food is good and super affordable. They take great care of the garden, the sunbeds aound of pool and very attentive to everything. You can rent scooters directly from them. All the staff are great people, I really don't have words to describe how cool they are. And, the perfect place for vacation.

The friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff exceeded our expectations. We felt so at home and so welcome, that saying goodbye at the end of our stay was truly bittersweet. The staff (Chacha, Yuni, Jeff, Fina, and everyone else!) completely made this experience for us — and the atmosphere in the hotel was so fantastic because of this fantastic staff, they were beyond lovely, even by Balinese standards! very nicely designed tree house. Bar tender called Bayu is super attentive to our needs : when we brought water melon to the pool, he offered us lime as compliment for better taste, small gesture but shows attentiveness. Delicious breakfast.
