The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice but did not additionally have a safe, one had to be brought in when we enquired but that was seen to very quickly.

After reading the reviews, we chose the Deluxe room and had no issues at all. Pool was enjoyable, the gardens are set very well indeed. It is an oasis in the city desert. Reception staff were lovely, as we're the breakfast bar staff. Good selection of foods and tasty cinnamon buns every morning. The pizza was very good, and the guys preparing it are cool. It's low season currently, so in high season the pool would get very busy I think.

The people are so, so nice over here! We were sick the first couple of days and they brought us fruits and singkong and they really took care of us. We stayed here for 2 weeks and at the end of the 2 weeks these people felt like family. Also the location is good, the place is clean and spacious, the airco is at the right place, you have hot showers and just everything you need. And if not, the people here wil take care of it for you! Our shower did not work properly after a couple of minutes and we immediately got an upgrade to an even bigger room for 1 week while they took care of preparing the shower. It was such a good place to stay, I recommend it to everyone!! ❤️

Our experience in Yogyakarta we owe to all of the girls of the front office of Snooze hostel that took care of us and made our experience in this town memorable. Illa, Claudia, Atika, Sasha, Luthfi, Mutia and Thalita gave us the best recommendations for traditional dances, restaurants, rentals, how to get to the temples. always with this feminine vibe of welcoming, caring and giving in each one of them that made us feel at home. We’ll miss you so much, all of you are welcome in Chile, I’m going to treat you like queens in my house 💖 And of course because we are lovers of the good food, this beautiful hostel has an amazing breakfast with two options made by the best cookers in town: Ucil, Rehan and David. With a sweet and salty option that makes the start of the day so much better, you’ll defenitly will need this because the amount of energy you spend in this city is a loot because there are so many things to see ✨ And about the hostel, well is even better than the pictures really, is a cozy, warm place with a beautiful garden, I wish I would have stayed longer to enjoy more, the beds are so comfy and the decoration of the rooms and the inside is so cute. 10 out of 10 definitely. Very beautiful hostel and nice people. The 4-bed rooms are very silent and AC works. There is also much food around and it's not far into the city. There is also a variety of free coffee and tea available at the hostel and a kitchen. I loved the open air shower :)
