The hotel was great located. The sea view will always be a great plus. We feel safe to walk daytime or evening time. Many restaurants in the area. The staff was very welcoming.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Due a recent surgery using a tub shower was not possible and the staff was happy to upgrade the room to a standing shower at no cost. Also, each time room service cleaned the room they left us some yummy snacks. (Image included)

The location is amazing for someone visiting Mumbai… opposite the queens necklace ….. very affordable for families. staff is very helpful.

I saw the gateway of India from my room! So amazing…the staff was great and the cocktails too! And the small stuff I liked, I received a towel for my glasses, bookmarks for my books and everything without asking. The breakfast ist extraordinary - never had such a great breakfast in my life!
