The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Breakfast was amazing, also enjoyed the Sauna and hot bath tub experience. Room was extremely clean and was amazed by the facility.

The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The rooms were very well designed and fully stocked with everything we'd need.

1) Hospitality - Great customer service. Mr Parthiban at front desk went over and above to please the customers. 2) Food - Amazing options - South / North Indian / American and Authentic Village food as well.. Cannot get any better 3) Cleanliness - Sparkling clean lobby, elevator and rooms 4) Comfort - Bed was not too hard / too soft. Just right. 5) Travel - Uber and Ola are available in a jiffy. I arrived late, left early and stayed one night only, so I couldn't really enjoy all amenities, but the hotel was extremely nice. Not sure if I was lucky, but my room was in fact two rooms together, with a small kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms. Tough luck I couldn't enjoy it more than just for few hours of sleeping. Breakfast selection was enormous and more than adequate for my needs. The staff has been very helpful, thank you Ashwini for your kindness.
