Staffs are very friendly and the breakfast was good. There is roof top cafe and nice view. The reception was very nice with warm welcome. They have also helped us to find the rikshaw.

Stuffs were extremely well behaved. Managers are pretty helpul in every aspect. Only there were powercut sometimes which needs to be fixed

The place is great, rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean, the rooftop is so cool, food and drinks served there are great, the location is at walking distance from the Pink City and the staff is helpful, warm and friendly... The room was clean, with complimentary tea and coffee, and the location is perfect, close to the pink walled city and Hawa Mahal. The staff is extremely helpful and even went the extra mile finding someone to help me wear my saree, I was beyond grateful! The palace is beautiful too. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Jaipur.
