We loved it! It was the best accommodation we had in our trip. It was beautifully kept, very clean, comfortable, lovely hosts. The property is really beautiful and has scenic views from the balcony of the room. The rooms are also spacious and worth the money. The staff is really kind and humble, we were very late to come back for dinner, but the staff waited for us and gave us warm and fresh food. Really appreciated!

Excellent facilities and extremely attentive staff who go out of the way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The outside breakfast area, the sunroom, and the Jacuzzi / Pool area have to be amongst the best anywhere in the world. Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.
