From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The attention to detail and the level of service provided was truly outstanding. They were always courteous, attentive to ensure my comfort during my stay. The accommodation was immaculate and exuded a charming and cosy atmosphere, right in the heart of the city. Tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and well equipped. Very safe and good soundproof. Perfect workplace as well if you need! The hotel was more than perfect for what we wanted. Very well-located, in the heart of Alghero. The room was very big, with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was big too, very clean and sophisticated. The host was very kind and tried to feel us welcome, almost as a home. He recommended us many places to eat and visit, and took the time to explain everything we asked. If I come back to Alghero, I will definitelly return to Casa dei Luiti.

Patrizzia's and Giovanni's apartment was a great choice! It is located close to the old town, and most importantly, close to the sea. The view from the balcony is phenomenal! You drink coffee and wine, looking at sea. The apartment is large, and you can easily fit in it in 2+2 option. In terms of equipment, nothing is missing. Cleanliness was on the highest standard. During our 4-day stay in April, we had no problem finding a parking space, but we suppose it may be more difficult in high season. The hosts are very helpful and communicative. Owners of the apartment are also very hospitable. I received first message from Giovanni before I landed in Sardinia. What's more, it was in our native language, which was a nice touch. We are very happy with the choice we made, and we highly recommend staying in Zona residenziale, appartamento incantevole vista mare Via Antonio Gramsci 18.

The location of the property was wonderful. Directly in the old city and perfect for walks at the sea / in the city. Also, Roberto and Gianni were extremely nice hosts. They even got us welcome presents.
