Very clean room, very friendly staff, plenty of free food and drink, such as a welcome drink, coffee, tea, sparkling water, pasta, veggies and more! There are cute and cozy playroom and the lounge bar. The dormitory is clean and spacious, fully equipped. It is very close to the station and sightseeing spots as well. I've stayed a lot of hostels and you are one of the best hostels, no doubt. The price was a little bit expensive than the regular one but it is worth it.

The apartment is in the heart of the city, literaly few steps from Piazza Maggiore. It's a great starting/resting location for talking walks around the city. Despite the location on busy "touristy" street it is quiet inside after closing the window. It is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, almost like 2 smaller apartments inside one (2 bedrooms+2 bathrooms). I would definitely choose it again.

First of all, the interiors: if you love the charm of tenement-style buildings blended with modern touches and exquisite design, you’ll fall in love here. The location couldn’t be more central or convenient — everything is just steps away. But as always, what makes the biggest difference is the host. Incredibly responsive, flexible, easy to communicate with, and genuinely helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had such smooth, pleasant communication with any host before. A big plus: the modern, well-equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, snacks, and fruit. Honestly, this place is a gem.
