I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville Sull’Arno for two nights, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel, located along the Arno River, offers a peaceful and picturesque setting just a short distance from central Florence. The surroundings are tranquil, yet you’re close enough to the city’s main attractions. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and they offered helpful information about nearby sights and dining options. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Tuscan charm with modern amenities. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a lovely view of the river. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene garden area and the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also a standout — a delicious selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and savory options, all served in a bright, airy room. Overall, Ville Sull’Arno is a fantastic place to stay for those looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and slightly more peaceful experience while visiting Florence. Highly recommended!

Wow! This is a beautiful place to stay. Stunning, modern, spotlessly clean, safe apartment in a great location about 10 minutes walk from the main attractions of Florence. We had a balcony off the bedroom overlooking the gardens below, out to a residential area. The apartment is safe and very secure. The apartment building is on a main busy street, but once in, you hear no road noise at all. We didn't hear anyone else coming and going, there is literally no neighbour noise at all. When you arrive, you ring the bell at street level, and a member of staff buzzes the big old wooden door open, you are then met inside and shown to your room with the key code access number and all the information you need. There is a lift, but we chose to use the stairs - well lit and clean. The apartment itself is just lovely. I would happily live there! The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. Complimentary water, nice touch. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a problem with lack of hot water on our first morning, it was sorted out promptly and we were provided with 2 bottles of complimentary wine for the inconvenience. Nice soft towels. The bed is huge and comfy. Lovely large lounge area with comfy sofa and TV. View out over the road, across to Florence. You can walk into the main square of Florence in about 10 minutes. If we return to Florence, we would stay here again.

The apartment is nicely decorated, all the furniture is new, the location is perfect with grocery shops nearby. There is a coffee place 10 meters from our building, and some restaurants near by. It took about 5 minutes walk to get to the start of the old town and about 20 minutes to the most important sights. Breakfast was definitely worth it, especially when traveling with small children. The manager, Fabio, was very nice and helpful, and he knows English. There was a coffee machine in the room and 2 AC units in our 2 room apartment. There are parking spots marked in blue where you can park and pay by the hour or there is private parking 700 meters from the building with 15 euro per day (thank you Fabio for the recommendation).
