A cosy stay! We stayed in one of the suites overlooking the river and the room was very well decorated and looked after. The staff were very helpful, especially Alex who was very friendly and gave us a few places to eat. Everything was very clean and organised! Excellent location about 10 mins walk from the monuments! We recommend it!

Very stylish apartment just steps from Piazza di Santa Croce. Beautifully appointed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer available, very good customer service. The host (Marisa) was extremely helpful and even personally dropped off a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for Christmas!

The property was super easy to check in to as the whole process felt so professional and safe--was a fool-proof online check-in situation which we love. It was also easy to find, very centered in the city (walking distance to the Duomo and other beautiful sites) and around good places to have a drink and dine. Everyone who served us also where friendly and polite in the area :) But honestly, I travel a lot and I have stayed at all types of accommodations usually hotels and apartment stays similar to this one, but this is by far my favorite. It just felt like I was in my own home and it was really clean. When I say clean, you can smell the fresh detergent on the towels and sheets kinda clean. Every room smelled fresh especially the bedroom and bathrooms. No dust on the floors, tables kitchen and even inside the walk in closet so we were were so happy. With the furnishings, bedding, mattress, sofa, tv and more, you can tell they spent time and money on it. Lastly, they had all put all the info you need for staying there, like wifi info and options for other extra services we may need--just such a nice touch. I can't wait to return to Florence and stay here again with my family and friends--highly recommend! We were so thankful for the stay and we felt safe and relaxed during our short stay.

Maison Santa Croce was the best possible accommodation we could have found in Florence. We could walk to the main areas for attractions, but were away from the most busy part of town, which was very refreshing after days in crowds. Our room was very comfortable and staff were very attentive. We loved our stay, and recommend Maison Santa Croce to anyone visiting Florence.
