The room was very spacious, with walls painted with animal-themed decorations. The room is equipped with a minibar and a jacuzzi. The cleaning services were impeccable. In terms of location, it's quite central, although Lucca has a fairly large old town.

This was a lovely property. Nice facilities, very close to the town inside the old walls. Easy walking distance to the shops and historical sites. All the concrete staff were great. The morning breakfast ladies very friendly and got to know our orders quickly. Front desk staff helpful for any bookings or information.

We had a lovely stay at Alice Apartment in Lucca. The two-room apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable base for exploring the city. What a wonderful place to stay - so well located and with rooms that exceeded my expectations. The staff were really kind and helpful with any questions I had and the area was so safe for a solo traveller on my first overseas trip alone. I would really recommend staying here and just enjoying all that Luccas has to offer on your doorstep - also really well located to the train and bus station!
