Spotless, fresh-smelling, bright & cosy, well-equipped flat. Shop is 2 mins walk away, bus stop similarly, just a minute from the apartment. The area is nice & quiet. As for the host, Silvia was very helpful and friendly. She was always at the other end of the phone if/when I needed assistance. I had a very enjoyable stay.

The accommodation was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, in the kitchen necessary utensils and basic food. A small snack is prepared for guests. In the bathroom also the necessary cosmetics and slippers. Location right next to the direct bus line ST1 to the center of Venice. The host was very helpful. Thanks a lot.

We especially loved that Daniela was very friendly. We arrived in Venezia-Mestre by train and she tried to help us get to the apartment easily. She even waited for us outside in the street, which we found very nice. She showed us the apartment and where to find everything we needed, she even gave us the tram schedule that takes us directly to Venice (the station is close to the apartment). The apartment is in a very good condition, clean, the beds are comfortable. We thought it was cool that there are both a bathroom and a separate toilet in the apartment. Our only recommendation would be a small sofa in the kitchen/dining area, which would help more with relaxation, but it's all ok and without.

The location of the hotel is very very good (1 minute walk to San Marco Square, all places to visit, sea bus stop, shopping places are right next to it). It is a very clean and new hotel. We also liked the breakfast very much. The room size was good according to Italian standards (we preferred a large room). The staff was very attentive and polite. During the reservation, I specified a room facing the canal and our room was facing the canal. Sea buses go to both the train station and the airport and transportation is very easy.

Great facility for campers also budget travelers. Very smart decision to take accommodation here and get a bus to venice metropolitan city which is only 8 min by bus and you can find bus in every 15 min.
