This was my first time visiting a B&B and it was way over my expectation. The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable bed to sleep on and clean rest room. The room included a fridge to store stuff for just in case. The shared space was clean and everything was operational. The host was kind and helpful, always available to communicate, also there is a possibility for parking if you remind the host.

Everything was excellent to the class of the facility as a guest house not hotel, starting from the location, room, cleaning, I can’t remember a point that can affect my experience of 10 out of 10 , and transportation was very satisfactory, it’s just an optimum option compared to value paid, to be considered it’s an interesting contactless facility which may be a concern in the first moment that you get to have your room out of reception working hours from 8 am - 3 Pm , but after use it it will be just great and you’ll prefer it all the way later, sure I’ll be back again next visit, thanks .

Nice building, very clean and most of all, it is close to the major city landscapes. The rooms have a transitional style of decor that is functional and comfortable. The breakfast room had a modern italian appeal.

Excellent location, near everything you need in Milano.
Parking was just around the corner.
Host was very welcoming, provided clear instructions for check in and allowed us to stay a bit longer during our check out since we were visiting Duomo cathedral.
Host also provided the list of nice places where we could eat with added bonus of a small discount for places to eat and a discount for the parking.

The design of this boutique hotel is superb. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Recommend having breakfast at the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful for every request, Atousa, Luis, Rosa, Julia and everyone else were great. Great location in the Brera area that was very good with great restaurants within walking distance.
