We liked everything! The location is excelent, Palermo Cathederal is just behind the door. All other main sightseeing points are 5-15 min walk. The room is with amazing interior design, very autentic from one hand and morden from the other hand. Cooling floor and ventilation worked well. WiFi was very good. Breakfasts were enough for us. Yogurts, cheese, ham, bread, butter, jams, fruits, hot and cold drinks. Staff is very polite and helpful. Our stay was very nice!

We spent seven days at Heritage and we are very satisfied. I believe that if you know what to expect, this accommodation will meet your expectations. Positioned in an attractive location, within walking distance of the main attractions, the accommodation is located in an old palace, on the second floor without a lift. Although the staircase is wide and easily accessible, it may be a problem for some, but the owners are available to arrange assistance with luggage. We really didn't see this as a big drawback. Before we even arrived in Palermo we received instructions for online check in, as well as instructions for the digital lock, which worked flawlessly. The accommodation has been recently renovated and everything is sparkling clean. Our room was comfortable, equipped with all necessities, and the bed was very comfortable. We would especially emphasize the cleanliness of both the room and the accommodation as a whole. Daily cleaning and change of towels on request is an added plus. The breakfast is delicious, with a more than sufficient selection of sweet and savory dishes, which are always fresh. I would like to emphasize that we had an announcement of a power outage (which in the end did not happen) and that the friendly owners provided breakfast for that day in a charming restaurant nearby. Everyone was very accommodating and kind, wanting to provide the guests with a pleasant stay, and I hope it will continue to be so. I wholeheartedly recommend Heritage, as a beautifully decorated accommodation, in an excellent location and with a good price-quality ratio.
