You have to stay at Francesca's when you're in Palermo! She is the kindest, most hospitable host/person I've come across on my travels.  I broke my leg in Palermo (before arriving at her place) and she went above and beyond for me to help me and make me comfortable. She carried me up stairs, found space in her hotel for me when she was already fully booked so I didn't have to move, brought me food, filled my prescriptions, organised a Dr to visit me and help me get home. The list goes on and on - she was there for anything I needed during my injury. She treated me like family.  Thank you so much, Francesca, I am so grateful to you, your staff and your family! 🥰 The hotel rooms are all lovely too (I should know I stayed in 3 of them). ☺️ Really comfortable beds, complimentary delicious biscotti, smart TVs and big lovely, clean and renovated rooms. And the location is great, right in the centre of the historic centre, but the rooms are quiet.  Her bar/restaurant downstairs is great too! Especially if you're into fantastic, yet inexpensive, Aperol spritzes. 😁🍹 Do yourself a favour and stay at Francesca's!  I'll be returning one day with two working legs and we will go dancing! ♥️

Bed was super comfy, terrace was brilliant sat there in the morning having coffee and in the sun reading in the early afternoon. Location is very central. Messaged owner a few times and they got back to me with an immediate response so overall I was really happy. Location safe and quiet. I had a perfect time

- excellent location - on the 5th floor, but there is a lift - hosts are friendly and helpful - room is a good size with high ceilings - nice choice of pillows, comfortable bed - very little outside noise

Location is very good. Communication with owner was exceptional. Paid parking close to facility and owner helped to reserve it. Room is very clean and stylish.

Everything was perfect. Massimiliano and his staff were extremelly supportive during all our stay, providing tips and recomendations. The breakfast was also incredible. Not to mention the room cleaning, that was perfect too.
