Amazing place, perfectly located to visit the city, in a lively neighborhood (hotel itself is very calm). Great breakfast prepared every morning to your liking, with the added bonus of some tasty local street food. The staff was really lovely and helpful with all the questions and requests we had.

From the moment we arrived Michele was wonderful! He greeted us, allowed us to relax in his lobby while he provided us with recommendations of things to do and see around the city as well as coordinated our transportation back to the airport. The hotel was immaculate, beautiful and overall it was a wonderful stay! When I return to Palermo I will certainly be returning to this hotel!

We stayed in the orange apartment, which is really beautiful, stylish, equipped with everything you might need, has 2 beds, a terrace, a large bathroom and a kitchenette/living room area. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main areas of interest. Federico is a great host, ready to provide great advice for travellers. Honestly, if it wasn't for his tips, I don't think our short stay in Palermo would've been as amazing and I'm very grateful for that. All in all, I couldn't recommend Montesanto36 Apartments more. Is was a great stay and would definitely stay here again next time.

First and foremost, I want to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the apartment's hostess, Valentina. She is wonderful. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to Palermo Centrale and not far from the main city points. The apartment was perfectly clean. It also had everything necessary for a stay. It was very pleasant to be there, it's a pity that we only spent 3 nights. I highly recommend this place for a temporary stay in Palermo.

Great location. Intimate, with beautiful communal areas. The rooftop is stunning, especially in the evenings. The breakfast, with room service every morning, was a personal favourite. The team is super helpful, with amazing communication, and any issues were resolved right away. They check in with you daily for your breakfast preferences. It really felt like our own little moment of peace. As soon as you step through the door, it’s like you’re transported from the busy city streets to a peaceful getaway.

Very spacious and clean rooms in a central location. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice. There are some stairs, but absolutely worth it!
