This was a one of the best experiences on our vacations, if not the best. This apartment is great, furnish with taste and love, with everything what we need. You can see an effort invested in furnishing the apartment. Owners are friendly and nice, and this is giving a special note for this experience. This come from filing that we are welcome at your apartment, like we come to friend or to family (the part who like us). We will recommend La Casetta di Lusì, for your unique Rimini experience.

Our stay at this family run hotel was absolutely wonderful. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you might need. The rooms are spacious, actually even larger than they appear in the photos and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is outstanding. The complimentary Wifi worked flawlessly throughout our stay. A real highlight of our stay was the food, lovingly prepared by Signora Teresa. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal is of exceptional quality, cooked according to traditional Emilia-Romagna recipes using fresh, local ingredients. Cakes and croissants are baked in house and taste amazing. The young staff member serving meals was also very friendly, attentive, and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. The hotel's location right by the beach is perfect, peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short walk from a livelier area with plenty of shops and restaurants. All in all, a fantastic experience and an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Highly recommended. If we return to Rimini/Viserbella, we will definitely stay at Hotel Alsen again.

Modern and spaciuos facilities! Easy access by car (parking inlcuded), and with no car (the bus stop is nearby, fhe train station within a walk). 40 e to reach airport by taxi. We liked absolutely everything. The host and and owner are super ready-to-help! You’ve got super comfort in every room of the apartment: modern air conditioning system, electronical controll of the roof window opening and shading, large private balcony for every of three rooms turned into the side of town, super 100% sound-proof windows - no street singing ever heard, everything you need for cooking, 2 private spaciuos bathrooms. Well the apartment is 5 stars defenitely! Will come back here with no doubt!

The staff was very friendly, location is excellent (right on the beach), cheap parking (5 euros per day), room cleaning was every day, free sun loungers from the hotel on the beach, nice swimming pool, delicious breakfasts - everything was just perfect!

Booked hotel with breakfast. Hotel is 200 meters from the beach , very clean , friendly stuff. Breakfast was very delicious. Swimming pool , garden - all what you need for relax. Hotel is 3* but should be 4* without a doubt.
