Very charming hotel on quiet Aventin hill, we enjoyed our stay a lot. The rooms are impeccable clean and the hotel's parking space nearby very convenient for us. We went to the centre either by metro, which is cheap and convenient, or by taxi (we paid approx. EUR 7 to Piazza Venezia or EUR 10 up to Trevi Fountain - but depends also on traffic). Breakfast was sufficient for our needs and coffee as expected to be in Italy. Friendly staff!

Location was excellent, there were lovely restaurants close by, Colosseum was 10 minute walk, bus stop 2 minute walk , bus 83 took you straight to the Vatican. The staff very accommodating, especially the girl behind reception Naomi.

The room is excellent and big. Everything was nice, comfortable and tidy. The utilities are of good quality. The location is great, as it near the train, metro and a bus stop straight in front of the door. Fantastic accommodation, highly recommended. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. 2 minutes from the metro with which you can reach everything in Rome. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Different complimentary snacks, fruit, water, drinks, tea and coffee were provided, which was very much appreciated. Girl at the reception is so kind and helpful with anything you might need. I would again stay here even if the reason for my visit of Rome wasn't in that neighbourhood.

Wow! Everything!! The snacks and also all the extras in the bathroom. I wish I had discovered this residence sooner in my stay in Italy. I also love how proactive the host (Barbara) made contact with me.

This is a place where you are treated like a valued guest, not just an ordinary tourist. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who will guide and assist you. Very clean. The air conditioner always cools the room. We enjoyed wonderful, varied, and hearty breakfasts in a cozy shade. A good, quiet area, close to authentic Italian houses. The nearest metro station, Circus Maximus, is only 400 meters away. There are many dining establishments nearby to suit any taste. Thank you for this enjoyable experience! I recommend!

Great location- very close to bus and metro stations, 30 min away by bus from the main attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink, gelaterias and wine/cocktail bar around the block. Very clean and well organised. Highly recommend. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable.
