Excellent location - so close to train station and within walking distance of historical sites or easy to catch Hop On-Off bus nearby. Clean and no street noise. Nice little place at a good price for central Rome! Staff was welcoming and helpful! Thank you Massimo for teaching me how to pronounce Civitavecchia! Sorry I had to leave in a hurry- shuttle driver came an hour early!

The property was so spacious and attractive. It had bright rooms. It is one of the best properties I have ever stayed. The location was close to the main attraction Colosseum. Walking to the bus stop and the bus ride takes no more than 10 minutes. The host was very friendly and also allowed us to place our baggage before the check in time.

Everything was great, clean and tidy. They welcomed us with coffee and every time the cleaning man came he gave us coffee. Quiet place, well-lit entrance, very detailed and precise instructions for entering the apartment with pictures. Upon first entering the property, it may seem a bit dated, but the room is decorated very cozy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, plus there's an elevator.
