The dining room staff members, Jessica, Eka and most especially Tresha were just so dedicated, professional and friendly throughout our stay. The chamber lady was very polite and supportive. The two young men at the reception on Monday 12/02/24 were just very nice and professional guys.

I can't wait to come back here! My best friend and I chose this place for our first solo trip to Europe, and we didn't expect it to make our vacation this amazing. Both the location and the cleanliness of the rooms made us feel very comfortable and safe. The location was perfect; we could easily get everywhere, and the view from our room was amazing. Location was a bit far, but until you figure it out, it's so close to all the cafes, restaurants, and bars, there was a free breakfast, like a croissant. The room was good and clean, with an air conditioner, and all the necessary things you need to stay

The staff were attentive and helped us with a late arrival. They prepared breakfast for us when we were rushing to get to a pre-arranged tour. They were also gracious in our early departure due to an early train. We could not have been more comfortable, the mini bar provisions were a welcome treat. Being close to the train station is the main reason we booked but I would have no hesitation in suggesting that we will recommend this property and be back ourselves! Thank you Roman Residence!
