Everything was perfect. The room was clean, all facilities were available, and the owner was very supportive. The location is great—just a 6-minute walk to the metro station, which provides easy access to downtown.

This place was comfortable , welcoming staff and very safe area. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I am so very grateful to Garden House for everything.

I loved everything! The apartment is small and cozy, super clean and welcoming, Pietro the host was super attentive and reached out before the arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. Helped me with tips for storage etc. The location is great! Just 12 min by metro from the center, super easy to get to all of the touristic places. I would totally go back to stay in casa di Emy :)

The apartment was great, in quite neighborhood. The owner helped us to find the bus stations, the closest breakfast/coffee place, restaurants, supermarket. He was available anytime to help us with whatever we need! Great place!

If you ever wished you could find an apartment in Rome that feels like home the moment you walk in, this is exactly that kind of place. I travel a lot for work, so I’ve seen many rentals—but Domus Metro B1 truly stands out. I’m here with my parents for a few days, and honestly, it’s rare to find something so well thought out, so welcoming, and so genuinely cared for. From the start, Elena and Marco went above and beyond. I mentioned I’d be arriving by car (a bit of a gamble in Rome), and they personally reserved a parking spot for me using their own car. Who does that? People who genuinely care, that’s who. The apartment itself? Spotless, perfectly equipped, and filled with little thoughtful touches: fresh water in the fridge, some snacks, quality toiletries and a map of the city. They’ve thought of everything—so you don’t have to. And just in case you need anything else, there’s even a supermarket right downstairs—incredibly convenient without having to go far. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from Metro B1, so you can be in front of the Colosseum or the Trevi Fountain in under half an hour. And when you get back in the evening, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of great local places to eat. Exactly what you want after a day on your feet. Elena and Marco welcomed us personally and live just one floor below. They showed us around, made us feel completely at ease, and let us know they were available for anything, without ever being intrusive. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet for Rome. Comfortable beds with two pillows per person (so you can choose!), great soundproofing, mosquito screens, and peace and quiet. Even my mum—who’s not easily impressed—was completely satisfied. That should tell you everything you need to know. And yes, the Wi-Fi works beautifully. And while the photos are accurate, the feeling of the place is even better in person.

We liked the location which was perfect for us and the flat was clean and well equipped. Everything was great apart from not being able to work out how the coffee machine works, probably our fault! The flat was quiet and felt very secure, we would highly recommend the flat for future visitors.

Elena and Francesco were great! Always reachable and even allowed us to get into the flat an hour earlier ! It was very well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood where we could easily park our car opposite the building. Located 10 minutes away from the metro which is very convenient, and I loved having my morning coffee in cozy balcony :) Bedour and Family
