Check in instructions were easy even though we arrived late. The room was clean and comfortable (including the bed and pillows) and had everything we needed. Jennie, our host, was absolutely amazing. She answered all my questions, offered helpful suggestions about tourist locations and travel, assisted me with laundry requirements and prepared the best breakfasts! The location was great, near bus stops and the metro, with a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants and cafes very close by. We felt safe and we would without hesitation definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay close to the city centre. Wonderful host, really helpful, very responsive and kind. Minutes away from Re di Roma Metro station, excellent neighbourhood, loved the sfogliatellas and cappuccinos. Cozy, warm room, decently sized bed and great mattress, excellently cleaned bathroom and quick in and out system. Would return anytime.

Very good location, close to the metro, and 15 mins walk from Colosseum. The room is inside an apartment with 3 other rooms. This is not a problem, just the fact that you can hear everything from other rooms but besides that, we were very happy with the accomodation.

The place turned out to be even better then in photos. Good location 5min walk to the subway station, 3-4 stops from all main attractions.. Enough space for a family of 4. Everything was very clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you need and even more. But the thing we enjoyed the most was the terrace! Totally recommended!

Great place to stay in Rome, very welcoming and friendly owners, who provided us with all the needed information. Shared app and information about best restaurants in the city and must to watch places. Also, we had their phone number for contact, which was nice to have to ask about something in Rome. Daily cleaning, coffee, and coockies at the kitchen were a pleasant bonus. 3 minutes to metro station and buses around, so you can enjoy every point of rome. A lot of good cafes around.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aeterno Guest House in Rome! The location is simply fantastic—nestled in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that made us feel completely at ease throughout our trip. One of the best parts is how close it is to the metro, which made exploring the entire city so convenient and flexible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A special shoutout to the lovely cleaning lady (which I did not get her name) —she went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and that we felt comfortable. Her kindness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon!
