From the moment we walked into Umitla 36 we knew we were in for something special. From service at the door, to attentive check-in, to the table treats- this place was very high-quality. This was a splurge for us but lived up to all our expectations. We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was a plus for our family. Breakfast was over-the-top with a huge array of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and more. Service couldn't have been more positive. We were given great suggestions for local restaurants as well as ones in Trastevere. Calling a cab or a driver to the airport was a snap thanks to the care and kindness of the front desk. Can we stay longer, please?

Modern beautiful hotel with an excellent location, within walking distance of nice small streets, restaurants, attractions. Comfortable beds, excellent noise insulation, the rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Very attentive and friendly staff. A special thank you to the reception team - they were very attentive and caring when I felt unwell during check out!

The location is great. Very central and close to main attractions, pharmacy and supermarkets. The breakfast was very good and Luciano who works at the reception is very friendly, service-minded and it seems like he loves his job.Always making sure the guests get what they need. The room was very clean and modern, with a big terrace and a beautiful view. The pillows were just amazing and we slept great. The owners gave us great tips exploring Rome and where we can get the best pizza, gelato, etc.

The location was fantastic. We were a 5 min walk to the centre and Trevi fountain . We loved the space it fit perfect for a family of 5 . The kitchen was a bonus so we could prepare breakfast for the children in the morning .
