Apartment was spacious. Clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony to have coffee in the morning.. there was milk juices and yoghurt etc in the fridge including coffee and machine which was a wonderful change to what we had elsewhere in every other place we stayed in Italy!! Even had some croissants and biscuits in a basket!! Bathroom was great clean and new with a large shower. My 2 Children had the lounge on a sofa bed with tv with you tube so they were in heaven Pro to bedtime!! Location was great straight onto via national. Underground train 5 min walk bus stand outside never waited more than 5 mins. Gelato next door what else do you need.

the Apartment is located 10 minutes away by walk from the Colosseum, and 20 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi and the city old center. but if you do not want to walk there is a bus station 1 min away. great location, near shops and restaurants. the apartment is new and looks very nice, it has everything you need, comfortable bed, 2 smart tv’s , coffee machine, fridge, 2 modern bathrooms, clean , nice decorated rooms. the building has elevator, looks very nice and clean, you feel very safe. on the small balcony there is space to sit down and smoke. the host, Kiki was incredibly nice, she allowed a late check out, we received suggestions what do in Rome, where to eat. we received also the city map. she helped with all the requests that we had and we felt very welcome.

The place is well renovated, very very clean. Rooms are nice and air conditioned, which is important in the heat of the summer. The elevator, though tiny, is available and useful! Location is excellent, within walking distance of all the sights, yet not in the most crowded areas of the city.

The eldest man which I guess is the owner was very nice to meet me and to show me kindly how to open the door since I am not used to that kind of lock, but that's another story. There was another person for each day and all of them was greeting me and answer my questions. They helped to pack the breakfast for the day I would eat before visiting super early at the Vatican. They was willing to store my luggage after checking out. They asked me to use the toilet if needed before leaving.
