Great apartment and a great location and view onto the sea/beach. Great facilities which made it really comfortable and easy to do our own thing. Really conveniently located with a rental car, with restaurants a short walk away, or everything else a pleasant 10-15 minute drive away (more restaurants, supermarkets, siracusa, locations to visit). Hosts were fantastic and could be relied on for anything we needed.

The ambiance is great. We liked the fact that our balcony had a view of the sea, and that there was a front balcony as well that looked into the garden. The breakfast was excellent. Staff prepared the type of breakfast that we wanted (e.g., omelettes). We felt at home.

Cool breeze blows through the flat. Nice view. Host kept his promise to keep workmen away. Plenty of hot water through solar panels. Quiet and private, even though there are resident neighbours.

1. Position. Just by the Fontana Aretusa and Gallery Bellomo, 3 minute on foot to the Cathedral, Castello Maniace, and the most beautiful beaches in Ortigia on both east and west sides, surrounded by countless restaurants, you cannot find a position better than here! 2. Having breakfast at the terra on the top floor in the morning sunshine is no doubt my favorite enjoyment in the whole journey in Syracusa! Wonderful food, perfect service! You can also take the breakfast to the room. 4. There is an AC in the bedroom and a heater in the bathroom, which make the whole room warm and comfortable. For me, at least, a heater in bathroom is very important.

One of the best places we have ever been. The room was very nice,even some fruits and drinks were there for us when we arrived🙂 We also got some recommendations where to go/eat. We loved everything,it is highly recommended!
