For the money this hotel is highly recommended. Perfect location for anyone who wants to visit the most beautiful part of Sirmione. Very nice hotel complex in the middle of the "old town" and with a lot of tips for you to attend. They had the best breakfast that we ate in Italy during our trip as well, well exceeded our expectations!

Breakfast was really good, the service was amazing!! I really like the fact it was a family Villa, you just feel at Home!!! I had an beautiful experience ,even though it was raining i enjoyed my stay! This Place is 5 min walking for Castel Sermione. beautiful view from the lake, surrounds and garden very well taking care of. I will return!

The host was very helpful with all the instructions for the key and directions to get to the apartment. The room was very clean and had all the facilities needed. Also the location was perfect. Only 2 minutes from the heart of the old town and still near a very quiet and peaceful park.
