The location of this hotel was excellent - it was near a vaporetto stop on Venice's Grand Canal. We had a view of one of the smaller canals frequented by gondolas. The breakfast was excellent; the room was comfy, large, and bathroom facilities were excellent.

The apartment was newly decorated and really nice, with two very nice bathrooms, two large bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. The kitchen/living room also had a good size, with a dining table, kitchen units etc. There was also a large selection of toiletries of excellent quality. We were six people in the apartment, and that worked well even if two had to sleep on the pullout couch. It is a little walk from one of the ferry stops or to the train station, but it is definitely fine if you are healthy and able to carry luggage up and down a few steps of the small bridges in the area. The area is relatively quiet for busy Venice - which we enjoyed, and there are nice restaurants nearby. We recommend Ristorante Caffè dei Fiorì, which had really good seafood.

Our stay at Venetian Experience was absolutely perfect. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was gorgeous with views of the canal. Everything was clean and very comfortable. The host went the extra mile, providing everything we needed to have a wonderful stay - from fruit baskets, to a coffee station, and even cotton buds in the bathroom. The best part for us was the location. Sitting right on the edge of Campo Santa Margherita square, the location really doesn’t get much better than that. The square was lively and atmospheric every minute of the day. And every main attraction in Venice was walkable from the hotel. I will absolutely be back again!

The apartment was beautiful, large and clean, with a great view from the window. Unfortunately, the boiler broke down and there was a problem with water, but it was resolved to our advantage
