The staff was very kind and professional. For Venice the room was quite spacious. We had the executive suite with a jacuzzi at the roof top, which was really enjoyable in the evening since it was quite hot in Venice during our visit. There is a nice garden at the bottom level where one can enjoy a drink a see the gondols pass. The breakfast room and the breakfast was super.

The location of the hotel is very very good (1 minute walk to San Marco Square, all places to visit, sea bus stop, shopping places are right next to it). It is a very clean and new hotel. We also liked the breakfast very much. The room size was good according to Italian standards (we preferred a large room). The staff was very attentive and polite. During the reservation, I specified a room facing the canal and our room was facing the canal. Sea buses go to both the train station and the airport and transportation is very easy.

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming and intimate hotel in an absolutely fantastic location. It's just a 3-minute walk from the water taxi station, a mere minute from St. Mark's Square, and the gondola stop is conveniently right outside. The hotel boasts a unique style that beautifully captures the essence of Venice. The rooms are not only stylish but also impeccably clean, a rarity in Italy. The prime location added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. It was truly perfect, so I extend my sincere thanks!

Everything was perfect! All staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is very great and easy to approach both by boat (Vaporetto line 1 at Giglio station) and by walking from piazza di San Marco. The room is beautifully decorated in vintage style. The room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast’s delicious and had variety. My room (402) is next to the canal and there were gondolieri sailed by and sang beautiful songs all day long. The front dresk is available 24 hr in case you need some help.

The room is beautifully decorated. A travel in time to Venice in the 19th century. The hotel location is so convenient, couple of steps from the center yet slightly away from the packed crowd. (1min walk from San Angelo station). The staff, and especially Lia, are so welcoming and heartwarming. She made our stay feels like home. We visited on Easter and the hotel surprised us with rose petals and Easter rabbit Lindt chocolate on bed. We totally recommend this hotel and we know we'd visit again.
