Finding the place and getting in was easy. It's a big and cosy apartment in the calm district of the city. There is everything you might need for your stay. Parking in the area is free, but if you arrive late, it may take some time to find a vacant place. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. We enjoyed the stay pretty much! The bus stop is nearby, but we took a car to the city center (parking at 1euro per hour may make it even cheaper than using public transport for 4 persons..).

Visiting Verona for work at a theatre festival, I needed a functional base, that wouldn't break the budget. Verona is not the cheapest place to stay, so compromising on location was the easiest way to keep costs reasonable. And I wanted somewhere to cook and to work. This more than satisfied all those requirements. It's a comfortable apartment with everything you need to live as though at home. For those who are driving, there's a car parking area close by (I've no idea what the conditions are as I was on public transport). It's about 50 minutes walk into town, but there are very regular buses from just across the road, easily available scooters and bikes (bring a helmet to be legal) and a taxi costs around 20 euros. There's not a lot of shopping very close by, but plenty within a decent walking distance. It's nice too to be in a normal residential area with people and everyday sounds. And the adjacent church is spectacular.

Providing quiet street views, Arena Suite is located in the Verona Historical Centre district of Verona, less than 1 km from Verona Arena and a 10-minute walk from Piazza Bra.

Situated in the heart of the historical city centre and near the river. Daniele was very kind and hospitable. What I want to highlight is how comfortable the bed and pillows were. This is something that not many B&Bs offer, so this was lovely. There is a kitchen where you can make tea/coffee, take some biscuits. Overall, the place is very well-kept, clean and cosy! You can adjust the heating anytime, so it is warm in the room. Loved it here.

Just 50 metres from Verona Arena, the Hotel Milano is in Verona’s historic centre.

After some initial misunderstanding before we arrived, everything was exceptional. Free of charge upgrade to apartment with sauna & hot tub. Late check out- no charge for car garage also. Any question or request for assistance was immediately responded. They even packed our luggage in the car while we went on the last tour. 5+ star service in 3 star hotel. Highly recommend.
