I liked how easy it was to access. I don’t know if it took 5 minutes from the station (it could’ve if maybe we didn’t have 3 tired kids walking lol 😂) but it was a great place to stay! The kids enjoyed it and everything was so clean. I definitely loved that there was a washer so we were able to do a load! The host even left us some treats in the fridge. It was a nice change for once!

Excellent experience!! The booking and check-in process was smooth. Detailed instructions.. no problem finding the unit or operating the appliances. They are very responsive if you have any questions. The unit was very clean, spacious, AC and washer were god sends, WiFi, lots of amenities, very close to the train station and restaurants.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from JR Musashi-Kosugi Station, this hotel features free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk and coin launderette for guests` convenience.

The property location is amazing closed by malls and connected to sub way station that can take anywhere😎, but more importantly, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Definitely will book again if i has the chance to visit japan in future!

location from Shin-Yokohama station was great, a few little restaurants as well as the normal convenience stores at the corner of the street!

Hotel Associa is located directly above Shin-Yokohama Station. The bullet train takes people to Tokyo Station in 17-minutes and to Shinagawa Station in 10-minutes.

First off very nice hotel, clean, not too expensive, and right out of the shin Yokohama station. Be forewarned though, it is a hotel that specializes in weddings and matchmaking which booking does not tell you, which probably led to some confusion with the staff and for that I apologize, but they were still kind.
