It was such a great experience! I wish I could stay longer! I really enjoyed this traditional ryokan! Tatami made the room so comfortable and I had there the best sleep during the whole trip! The owners were super kind, attentive and kind! the tea ceremony was so interesting, breakfast was so delicious and the onsen was so great! Next time in Kyoto I will definitely stay longer!

It is so modern. Easy to get to with the bus from the station. Masa-San was so kind to give recommendations and making a cozy atmosphere. Really loved it and I wish I could have stayed longer. The dorm was great and quiet at a reasonable time. Provides basic necessities, towels, the laundry machines worked very nicely. I didn’t spend much time in the dinner area but it seemed good as well. Have really nothing but praise for this place. If you’re considering booking this place you won’t regret it.

Amazing stray. Super clean, nice location, staff is super kind and the place itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was super good (both the western and japanese one) and each food was prepared with so much care and attention to detail.

Wonderful stay!! The room was huge and the personal onsen was very relaxing after walking all day. It is about 10 minutes away from the subway and there are many temples and shrines near by. Staff was amazing and always available for help.

The hotel and room were exceptional and furnished to a very high standard. It is close by the train station and has excellent transport links to popular tourist sights. Loved its location by the Kamogawa river. We saw fireflies and black kites when we were there. We loved the little personal touches like handwritten notes everyday telling us what the weather was going to be like and good wishes, also being invited to take part in Tanabata festival. Little treats of snacks and drinks left in our rooms to enjoy daily. The exceptional kindness and interest taken in our trips to the sightseeing events. We won't forget La, the English speaking young hotel receptionist who brought our breakfast every morning or Kameyuma the manager. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
