Onsen was fantastic! very nice and clean. They took care of the luggage and the car. A free soft drinks was available. The room was nice and spacious. Everything was just perfect.

The personal was beyond amazing. They were extremely friendly and helpful since we arrived and cattered to all our needs. They were true professionals and showed that they care for their ryokan and its guests. Moreover, the ryokan was in perfect condition with a lovely vintage atmosphere to it. The room was finely decorated with genuine Japanese style. Truly a gem.

Hot spring was incredible and the room was super comfy and functional. Lots of space and kept really clean. Loved all the extras like free drink on arrival and the icy poles after hot spring. Excellent value for money and in a perfect location

Authentic ryokan atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind. The food was very good and different from anything we have tried in Japan. The location is perfect for easily visiting Matsumoto’s main attractions.
