The location is accessible and the fact that they have onsite parking is great. You do have to pay for the parking facility.

We really love the location of the hotel because it is near the train and bus station. It's also near the Mirai Tower, Hisaya-odori park, Oasis 21, konbini (7-Eleven NHK branch, Family Mart), and cafes/restaurants.
The room is quite spacious (compared to other hotels), and clean. All the staff members are also very friendly.
