Service staff went above and beyond. They dropped us off at the train station ticket gates so we wouldnt have to navigate our way around with our luggages. Free flow of drinks at lobby. Location wise about 5 minutes walk to dotonbori area. There are a couple of love hotels surrounding the area but we felt safe walking at night.

Staff is incredible, they are all very polite and with a helpful attitude. Breakfast, night ramen and 24/7 drinks included, perfect! Clean and comfortable rooms, and pretty close to the metro station and Dotombori. Absolutely loved the hotel and will stay there again if returning to Osaka.

The location is just next to all important things: metro, shopping, restaurants, bars etc. Onsen was a great surprise as it is on a rooftop and there are not many guests (went there twice and could enjoy alone). The stuff are very lovely and polite. The room view is great as well. Moreover there’s a temple just at the entrance so one more place on your bucket list.

Oh the location was just spot on. Everything is just nearby within walking limits. The rooms were extremely clean and All time availability of complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the reception lobby is a huge plus! And not to mention the room size was also bigger as compared to Japan standards.
