We were on the 15th floor and we had a washing machine in our room. It was great as we are here for a longer stay in Japan. We had tickets delivered for to the hotel a week before we arrived and the hotel kept it and put it in our room for us.

Facilities and amenities at the hotel were amazing. Free beer and ice cream was a big plus, even had simple things such as hair ties available. All staff were happy and very helpful. Location was perfect for Dotonbori.

The location of this hotel is EVERYTHING! Literally on the famous Dotonbori street! The view is fantastic, and when you exit the hotel, you are in the heart of the restaurants and shops of the area. Just a few minutes away from the famous Glico man and right next to the huge Don Quijote Dotonbori shop with the famous yellow ferry wheel! The room was clean and the space was okay, keeping in mind that most hotel rooms in Japan big cities are tiny.
